Diploma in Education, Diploma in Hotel and Catering Studies and a teacher by profession, for 19 years. A mother two 3 biological children and many extended family members. Very passionate about seeing the girl child prosper, hence found myself partnering with LOVHOH to help achieve this vision.
Richard is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of East London (UK). He is also an alumni of the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) administered by the US Department of State. Richard is a keen Arsenal supporter and has recently taken up golf. He is married to Nyasha and the two are blessed with two children, a girl and a boy.
Fortunate Kufakunesu is a passionate advocate for helping less fortunate adolescent girls and women. She sees these individuals as powerful and believe that given an opportunity, they can rise above their circumstances. Fortunate is a Pastor, Certified Life Coach, Counselor, Teacher and Businesswoman and she feels that her purpose in all these roles is to be effective in serving women and girls.
Fortunate has had a personal experience growing up in less fortunate circumstances and was fortunate to be sponsored for education, which drives her desire to help others. Through her various roles and initiatives, she wants to witness less fortunate women and young people gaining access to empowerment opportunities, aligning with their lifelong vision.
The first female Editor of Zimbabwe Sunday Mail. Holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Studies from the Zimbabwe Open University. Currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has National Diplomas in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations, Leadership and Management and Business and Financial literacy, among other qualifications. A mentor under the Friedrich Naumann Foundation Women Journalism Mentoring Programme. Vice Chairperson of the Zimbabwe National Editors Forum (Zinef), is in the Zimbabwe Institute of Strategic Thinking think tank and a World Economic Forum on Africa Media Leader. She has also sat on the Forum’s Africa Gender Parity Board. A founding trustee of the Professional Women Executives and Business Women Forum (Proweb) and a Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe founding trustee, among other positions of authority. She has been a judge under the Delta-Boost and the Enactus University programmes. A delegate to the Forbes Africa leading Women Summit held in South Africa annually. She is invited to forums locally and internationally to speak.
Runs a weekly column-Editor’s Brief- in the Sunday Mail in which she interrogates numerous socio-economic issues. Has won more than 25 awards over the years on her journalism prowess, business acumen and leadership among others. She is one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Zimbabwe for 2021 and 2022 under the Women Corporate Directors Network Forum Awards. She is a devout Christian and a mother of two boys aged 25 and 23. She is married to Wallace, a commercial farmer. Victoria has immense passion towards the girl-child and issues economic and leadership.
