5 Year Forecast

  1. We are committed to covering the school fees, providing uniforms, and supplying stationery for over 1 million underprivileged girl children in schools within our operational region.
  2. Our plan includes building a Resource Centre in each district, equipped with mobile libraries to reach remote areas. We envision serving the entire communal area of Marondera Rural District initially and expanding to other provinces in the future. These centers will provide educational resources, promote literacy, and foster a love for learning among girls in underserved communities.
  3. To address the menstrual hygiene needs of girls, we will establish a Pad Making Centre. This facility will manufacture both reusable and disposable pads, ensuring that girls have access to hygienic menstrual products. By providing these essential items, we aim to eliminate barriers to education caused by lack of access to menstrual hygiene products.
  1. Women’s wellness workshops will be organized three times a year, focusing on various aspects of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. These workshops will provide girls and young women with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
  2. We will undertake income-generating projects from our Centre to fund our initiatives and day-to-day operations. Additionally, these projects will provide opportunities for young women to develop entrepreneurial skills and start their own ventures, promoting economic independence and sustainability.
  3. Recognizing the importance of social support, we will extend our care to grandmothers without children on Mother’s Day and during festive seasons. We will provide them with hampers and support them in starting their own projects, ensuring they have the means to sustain themselves and contribute to their communities.
  1. We will prioritize the provision of good sanitation, safe water, solar energy, and educational resources in schools.
  2. Through these comprehensive efforts, our goal is to empower over a million adolescent girls and young women, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and economically.
